Please read this guide to find out how your school can subscribe to VSmart School and what happens after you subscribe.

You will be introduced to an account executive who will conduct the demo for you and walk you through the process of subscribing to VSmart School.
Can VSmart School be used by all types of schools, including homeschool?
Yes. Aside from formal schools, VSmart School can also cater to colleges, universities, learning centers, and review and tutorial centers.
Is the VSmart School subscription fee for a perpetual license?
No, it is an annual license that is renewable within one year after the subscription takes effect.
What are the different subscription tiers?
Subscription tiers are based on the number of student, teacher, and administrator licenses that your school requires.
VSmart Standard - Up to 500 student licenses, 50 teacher licenses, 3 administrator licenses. The annual subscription fee is P30,000.
VSmart Plus - Up to 1,000 student licenses, 80 teacher licenses, 4 administrator licenses. The annual subscription fee is P50,000.
VSmart Enterprise - Up to 5,000 student licenses, 150 teacher licenses, 5 administrator licenses. The annual subscription fee is P100,000.
Are there differences in feature sets between the different subscription tiers?
No, VSmart School has the same feature set regardless of your subscription tier. We will offer add-on optional services in the future that schools may choose to avail and that are not part of the standard subscription program.
How do I pay my school's subscription fee?
You can pay through this website or through your assigned account executive. We accept bank deposit payments, fund transfers, GCash, PayMaya, and Paypal.
I placed my subscription and paid for it through the VSmart website. What are the next steps?
Please ensure that you placed your school's name in the Company field in the check out form.
Within one day after payment, the account executive designated to handle your area will reach out to you using the phone number and email addresses that you provided. Your account executive will walk you through the process of filling out and signing our Master Subscription Agreement, setting up your account, arranging for your training schedule (for administrators, teachers, and parents/students), and generally assisting your school in using our platform.
Is VSmart School compliant with DepEd's ODL requirements?
Yes, VSmart School is fully compliant with DepEd Order No. 13, s. 2020.
Will Vibal provide my school with a certification and/or a learning continuity plan?
We will definitely provide you with a certification attesting to your school's compliance with DepEd's ODL requirements if you are a VSmart School. We can also assist you in crafting your learning continuity (and business continuity) plan.
Do you have any other requirements for my school to be a VSmart School?
All you have to do is pay for your subscription and sign off on the Master Subscription Agreement that will govern our terms of service throughout the course of the subscription.
Do I have to buy Vibal books to get VSmart School?
It is highly advisable. VSmart School is loaded with courseware and assessments that are closely tied to the content of our books. While you can use VSmart School with non-Vibal learning materials so long as they are K-12-compliant, it will be easier for your teachers to create lesson plans and to interface between courseware, modules, and assessments if you use Vibal books with VSmart School, especially at this period where time is of the essence.
Your school can also avail of additional benefits if you subscribe to VSmart School and avail of Vibal books and modules. Your account executive will explain the program to you or if you have no account executive assigned to you yet, you can contact:

My school is planning to combine ODL and MDL. Do you have MDL solutions?
Yes. You may view our MDL solutions in the interim at our website https://www.vibalgroup.com. We will soon launch a standalone MDL website.
